This Presskopf has chunks of ham, pickles, peppers and parsley.
Bier Schinken

German Bologna
Like the bologna you know, but so much better in texture and taste!
Ham
We offer bone-in ham and our own, lower salt, boneless ham, both of which can be sliced thin for a sandwich or thick for dinner.
Jagdwurst
Jalepeno Bologna
It's not too hot. We add just enough pepper to give the bologna a little something extra!

This "Swabian" Presskopf is made with garlic, pimento, parsley and snoots.
Souse (Sulze)
We offer this treat with either ham or turkey as the meat suspended in aspic, with carrots, celery and egg.
Veal Loaf (Leberkaes)
We offer several varieties of this item, including plain, pepper, onion, coarse and pizza. It can be sliced thin for sandwiches or thick to be heated for dinner.
