In addition to our meats and sausages, we also make many other home-made items:
Beef Burgundy
Yes, we know it's spelled wrong, but that's how folks understand it! Cubed sirloin is cooked with onions and spices to create a rib-sticking meal.
Bread Dumplings
Bread is softened in milk, then mixed with parsley, onion, bacon and spices. We boil them at the store, so you need only reheat them (through boiling or frying) at home.
Cabbage Rolls
Cabbage leaves are stuffed with seasoned ground beef and cooked in broth. This can be eaten as a soup or a meal.
Chicken Goulasch
Chicken Parmesan
Yes, we know it's not German, but we added tomato sauce and cheese to our Wiener Schnitzel to create a dinner even Italians love!
Cooked Rouladen
Thin slices of beef are painted with mustard, then covered with pickle and onion, before being rolled and cooked in gravy. You simply heat them up at home.
Crab Cakes
These home-made patties are full of crab and delicate seasonings!
Fresh Spaetzle
We make this delicious pasta dish daily. You need only heat it up at home, either in water or in your frying pan.
German Potato Salad
We make potato salad daily in the German tradition - without mayonnaise! The oil and vinegar-based seasoning gives our salad a fresh taste that lets the flavor of the potato shine through.
Ham Salad
Ham and bologna are sliced thin, then mixed with pickles, pickle juice and mayonnaise for a delightful treat!
Liver Dumplings
This is the one everyone's grandmother made. Tender dumplings are cooked in broth for a fantastic soup or meal.
Maultaschen
These beef and spinach delicacies are often compared to wonton noodles or pierogies. They are traditionally eaten in soup or broth, but they can also be steamed or fried and topped with practically anything!
Red Cabbage
We begin with imported red cabbage and add potato, applesauce, bacon and seasonings to create a delicious, creamy side dish.
Sauerbraten
We marinate the beef for one week before cooking it to perfection. We then slice it and place the slices in containers, complete with gravy. You just heat and eat!
Sauerkraut
We take imported weinkraut and cook it with potato, caraway seed, bacon and seasonings to create the creamiest, most delicious kraut you've ever had!
Soups
We make and freeze a large number of delicious soups, including Pepper Pot, Snapper, Chicken Noodle, Split Pea, Lentil, Tomato Basil and Vegetable.
Stuffed Peppers
We stuff green peppers with seasoned ground beef (no rice) and cook them in a delicious tomato sauce.
