Bavarian Stuffed Chicken Breast
We stuff a chicken breast with our own Bavarian bread stuffing and marinate the outside with our secret spices. One will feed two people easily.
Beef
In addition to our specialty items, we offer all the basics, including filet, T-Bones, strip steak, and ground sirloin. All of our beef products can be marinated at your request!
Black Forest Chicken Roast
We stuff a boneless chicken breast with a combination of bavarian bread stuffing and veal stuffing, then wrap it in double smoked bacon.
Black Forest Pork Roast
This is our most popular roast. We slather a pork filet with green pepper and onion sausage before wrapping it in black forest bacon. You bake it for an hour and a half at 350 degrees for a meal you won't soon forget!
Chicken Cordon Bleu
A skinless, boneless chicken breast is filled with swiss cheese and ham. Delicious!
Fox Chase Special
This specialty roast, named for our store's neighborhood, consists of a pork filet, surrounded by veal pate infused with green peppers and onion, and enveloped in dough. We pre-bake it at the store and you finish it off at home for one hour at 350 degrees.
German Hamburgers
We blend ground sirloin with onion, parsley, bread, and spices to create the most flavorful hamburger you've ever had!
Pork Roulade Roast
This roast starts with pork filet, which is first wrapped in ham and swiss cheese. That is then wrapped in sirloin steak, which is marinated on the outside. Delicious!
Pork Sticks
These are massive shish-ka-bobs (they will feed 2 or 3 people each) consisting of six pork medallions, wrapped in double-smoked bacon and skewered. Our secret seasoning is the finishing touch.

Prinzenrolle (Princess Roast)
This giant starts out as a pork filet, which we cover with seasoned ground beef. We then wrap it all in thin sirloin steak, before we tie it up, season the outside, and present to you for a fantastic meal!
Rouladen (raw)
A thin slice of beef is filled with seasoned ground beef, onion and bacon, and rolled. You brown it for ten minutes, add gravy, and then simmer it, covered, for thirty minutes before eating.

Shish-Ka-Bobs
We alternate either marinated chicken or beef with peppers, onions and sausage to create a tasty treat for your grill or broiler.
Stuffed Pork Chops
We cut pork chops double thick, stuff them with our seasoned ground beef, and paint them with our famous marinade. This is a hearty meal for even the healthiest appetite!
Veal and Bacon Patties
These gourmet burgers are made of veal, bacon, bread crumbs and onion, with white pepper and other spices.
