  1. Where did the cow go?
    Fear not. The cow will be back. We may even hold a contest to give her a name!

    Update: The cow is back! Now she just needs a name...
  2. What's the difference between bockwurst and (white) bratwurst?
    The meat used to make them is the same, but the seasoning is different. Bockwurst has a lemon-pepper seasoning, while the white (Octoberfest) bratwurst has an herbal seasoning, including caraway and marjoram.
  3. How do you pronounce your name?
    The proper German pronunciation is "REE-ker," still used by Ursula. It has become Americanized, though, to "RYE-ker," used often by Walter and almost exclusively by Marcus and Caroline. You can take your pick.
